PUBLIC OFFER (TERMS OF SERVICE) FOR AFFIRMS.IO

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by the Affirms.io project (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and contains all essential conditions for providing services related to recording data into a distributed ledger (blockchain).
1.2. In accordance with applicable international law and electronic commerce standards, by accepting these terms and paying for services, the individual performing the acceptance becomes the User.
1.3. Acceptance of this offer is confirmed by the act of performing a transaction to pay for services.

2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Site – the internet resource located at https://affirms.io.
Affirmation – a text message created by the User for fixation in the blockchain.
BSC (Binance Smart Chain) – the decentralized network where data recording takes place.
Smart Contract – the software code within the BSC network that ensures the execution of the service.
Transaction – the technical action of sending data and payment to the blockchain.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Service Provider offers the technical capability to record personal affirmations of the User into the Binance Smart Chain network as immutable Events.
3.2. The service is considered fully rendered at the moment the transaction containing the affirmation text is included in the blockchain and assigned a unique Transaction ID (hash).

4. SERVICE PROCEDURE

4.1. The User independently formulates the affirmation text through the Site interface.
4.2. The cost of the service is determined automatically based on the character count in the text according to established tiers.
4.3. The User acknowledges and confirms the technical nature of the blockchain: recorded data cannot be deleted, edited, or modified.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:

Ensure the functionality of the interface for interacting with the smart contract.
Provide a link to the transaction in the block explorer (BscScan) after a successful recording.
5.2. The User undertakes to:
Refrain from using the service to publish texts that violate legislation, including calls to violence, extremism, or fraudulent content.

6. DISCLAIMER AND RISKS

6.1. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. The Service Provider is not responsible for malfunctions in the BSC network.
6.2. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for the content of affirmations created by the User.
6.3. The Service Provider does not guarantee the occurrence of any life events or results in connection with the fixation of text in the blockchain. The service is of a technical and entertainment nature.

7. REFUND POLICY

7.1. Due to the technical nature of the blockchain and the immediate execution of the service, refunds are not possible once the transaction is confirmed by the network.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. Rights to the affirmation text belong to the User.
8.2. By using the service, the User grants consent to display their affirmation in the public Dream Registry on the Site, unless a privacy option provided by the interface is selected.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the terms of this offer unilaterally without prior notice.
9.2. All disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved through negotiation.
